Exercise reduces fatty liver

Have you been told you have a fatty liver? You have the ability to reduce the amount of fat in your liver by changing what you do. In addition to weight loss and a low sugar, low fat diet it has been shown that exercise can reduce the fat in your liver possibly as much as 30 percent. Repetitive structured exercise that is intended to improve or maintain physical fitness (as little as 150 minutes per week of brisk walking) may get rid of some of that fat that is damaging your liver. Since we have very little in the way of medical treatment to help fatty liver it is really up to you!
