We are excited to announce that coming next year we will be offering a new Health and Wellness program that will change the way you experience health care.

The Health and Wellness program will offer personalized customized care focused on prevention and attaining and maintaining an optimal state of health for you and your family. As a member of the Health and Wellness Program you will enjoy the following benefits:

• A comprehensive wellness exam and lifestyle assessment that will help you determine what health goals you would like to set for the year and develop a plan to ensure you achieve those goals. We will work with you and your strengths and limitations to customize a plan for you and monitor you throughout the year to keep you on track with periodic reassessments in the office or remotely depending on your schedule.
• 24/7 access to care via email, phone or Skype no matter where you are. Through these communication methods you will have access to your doctor anywhere in the world where there is computer access or phone service. To the extent that we can assess your condition without a face-to-face visit without compromising your care we may do so should it be desired.
• Same day/next day appointments with extended visit times to answer all of your questions. You will never feel rushed or left with the feeling that you did not get the opportunity to discuss all your concerns with the doctor.
• Access to a personalized weight loss program tailored to meet your lifestyle, limitations and personal tastes. We will set a reasonable goal periodically and help you attain your goal while monitoring your progress throughout the year to keep you on track.
